Q. I have put an item in the cart and the price has shot up?
A. You have not de-selected the extra options that are available for the item you have bought, eg. you have bought a T Shirt and have selected or not de-selected to add a matching bag which would add £6.99 to your order. Just empty your cart and go back and re-order, on the extra options available just select 'no thanks'.
Q. How long does delivery take from the time I place my order.
A. T Shirts & Hoodies are normaly sent the same or next working day and should take - 1-2 days to reach you. (usually next day!)
(on the run up to christmas or after a bank holiday weekend please allow longer due to the level of orders)
Roller Skates, Skateboards etc are sent with a next day courier, although please allow 2-5 working days during peak times.

Postage prices quoted on this website are for items delivered within the UK Mainland ONLY.
If your delivery address is not in the UK then please email us with the item /s you would like to order & we'll email you back with a postage quote.
Postage and Packing costs?
Price of UK postage is determined by product value and/or weight. For smaller items such as T Shirts, Hoodies, Skate & Scooter Accessories etc. the price of postage will be £2.99-£4.99 and sent via 1st Class Royal Mail.
For larger parcels like: Skateboards, Roller Skates, several Hoodies or T Shirts etc. UK postage will be £5.99-£7.99 and will be sent using APC, Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Can you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange courier deliveries to take place on these days athough small items like T Shirts are sent with Royal Mail should be delivered on Saturdays by your postman.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order (either on the website or over the phone on 01736 798471) you will be asked for a billing address and a delivery address.
Please note your billing address must always be the address to which your credit card is registered and we will check to verify this.
If you are paying by Paypal please make sure you enter the delivery address on the paypal page aswell, this is the address we will use if you choose paypal as you payment method.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and generally ship the same day or next working day, however please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery during peak times.
(80s Party T Shirts are usually made & dispatched the same or next working day 1st class post so you should expect them the next day, If you've left it to the last minute then just give us a call to place your order)
What happens if I'm not in when the delivery is made?
Larger items will be sent via courier, Our courier will leave you a card if you are not at home. On this card will be a phone number – so you can arrange another delivery at a more suitable time or you can collect your parcel from their local depot. If you miss the delivery 3 times the parcel will be returned to us & you will have to pay for it to be sent ot again. (the courier charges us for this & will note your door colour to prove they have attempted delivery & left a card)
Smaller items like t shirts are sent with Royal Mail & should go through your letter box, if not the postman will leave a card to say they have left with a neighbour, in the shed or they may have taken it back to the depot so please check before calling us.
Can I specify a time for my goods to be delivered?
The specific time that our carriers will deliver is beyond our control, however if you are not in a card will be left and they will attempt to deliver on another occasion or you can collect it from their local depot.
Offshore, Remote Areas & International postal surcharges.
On some of our larger / heavier items (above 2kg) there maybe be a postal surcharge to Offshore, Remote Areas & You can contact us first for a postage quote or go ahead and place your order & if there are any surcharges we will contact you before your order is dispatched to advise you.

How do I return faulty items?

All faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and some will have to be returned to our suppliers before we can accept them as faulty. Once we're satisfied the goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
If we have sent you the wrong item or size by mistake then we will exchange it asap, just contact us .
How can I make payment?
There are various ways of paying. We accept payment through most major credit & debit cards & Paypal . Alternatively you can call us to pay by card or post a cheque or postal order. (please make cheques payable to "streetlife skates ltd")
What credit / debit cards can I use?
We accept most major cards inc. Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Delta cards and American Express.
Credit card details & Security
When place your order and choose to pay by card you will need to enter your credit card details. We don’t store them and all credit card details are sent securely to our servers.

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption, via a secure server and provides the Golden padlock symbol, so you can be confident your card details are safe. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you have worries about placing your card details online then you can choose to pay by paypal or you can call the shop on 01736 798471 to order and pay by card.
When can I order goods from Streetlife?
You can order from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or over the phone between the hours of 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I order through the post?
Yes. We accept payment for items by Cheque and Postal Order. Please do not send cash in the post to us. If you want to pay by Cheque or Postal Order then please send us a note with payment detailing who you are, your address, contact telephone number and the item(s) you wish to order. Make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to "Streetlife Skates Ltd". We must insist that Cheques clear in our Bank Account before we ship items out. Please send all mail orders to our normal address.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Unless otherwise stated on the site, all items are in stock. If there are any problems we will contact you by phone or email.
Can I pre-order goods?
Yes, on some goods you can pre-order. A Pre-Order product is an item that is not yet in stock but is expected in stock in the very near future. As soon as the item comes into stock it will be sent out immediately to you.
How will I know if you've received my online order?
Once you have placed an order online you will automatically receive an automated e-mail from us confirming the details of your order including your order number. If you pay by Paypal you will receive a email receipt from them aswell. If you have any problems when making payment with paypal or any other payment issues please contact us by email or phone (01736 798471)
How will I know if my order has been sent out?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. If the status of your order says 'Dispatched' that means we have sent it on that date and should expect it 1-2 days after depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, we will need to be contacted immediately on 01736 798471 (mon-fri 10-5pm) before the item is sent out. (an email may not get to us in time!)
If they have already been shipped then you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement but only for the item itself. Postage will not be refunded.
How do I exchange non faulty items?
Returned items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.( if your item is for a birthday or christmas present etc then just let us know and we will extend the return period)
Once received back we will offer an exchange for item/s of the same value or higher, a credit note or a full refund if required. In most cases, your original postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
Clothing must be returned unworn & unwashed.
Custom printed T Shirts can not be returned unless there is a fault in which case an exchange for the same item will be given.
We can only refund onto the same card or paypal account that was used for the original payment.
You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us & pay return postage for the exchanged item to be sent back to you.
How do I exchange faulty items?
All faulty items are dealt with individually.
Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and some will have to be returned to our suppliers before we can accept them as faulty.
Please return your goods to us. Once we've confirmed that the goods are faulty, we will decide whether to offer a replacement, exchange or refund. We will also reimburse the cost of the returns postage to you. Please remember to include a receipt for postage with your parcel.
Can I return a snapped deck or scooter etc?
No. Due to the nature of extreme sports, scootering & skateboarding, etc. these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months depending on how they are being used.
If you would like to exchange your product, please ensure that you have enclosed a telephone number on which you can be contacted between 10am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, if you are returning items for exchange for any reason other than that they are faulty, we will need to charge for return postage on the exchanged goods, you can pay by paypal or include a cheque/postal order in with the item.
