The Pads and Wrist guards have adjustable velcro straps which can be tightened or loosened to fit so cover a wide range of sizes.
The pads can be worn underneath or on top of clothing, please bear this in mind when choosing your pad set size as if you are going to wear them over clothing then you may want to choose a size up.
